Ana V Brows: Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ana V Brows. To ensure the smooth running of the salon and out of respect for both our team and our clients, we strictly enforce the following policies.
1. Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until this fee has been paid.
The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you must give us at least 48 hours' notice.
With 48+ Hours' Notice: Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date. We allow appointments to be rearranged once using the same fee.
With Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: You will lose your booking fee to cover the salon's lost time and late availability.
Monday Appointments: Because we are closed over the weekend, any cancellations or changes for a Monday appointment must be made by 2:00 pm on the preceding Friday.
3. Same-Day Cancellations & "No-Shows"
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the actual day of your treatment are classified as a No-Show.
In the event of a No-Show, the card held on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
4. Late Policy
We understand that traffic and delays happen, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
If you are 15+ minutes late and we have not heard from you, it will be treated as a No-Show, and your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
