Booking Fee:

When booking your treatment with Ana V Brows a booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the booking fee is paid. The booking fee will be knocked off the price of your treatment when in the salon. The booking fee is NON-REFUNABLE.

Cancellation Policy:

The Cancellation Policy of the salon is as follows:

The salon operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that you are required to give Ana V Brows 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment, this gives the salon plenty of time to fill the space so that the salon isn’t out of pocket.

If you do not give 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee, this is to cover the inconvenience and wasted time of the salon. If 48 hours’ notice is given then you will not incur a charge but the salon will keep your booking fee and rearrange your treatment once.

This policy is non-negotiable and will be enforced by the salon to every client.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the treatment day are considered * No Show *and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
Ana V Brows is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us at 07882669754 24hr prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged (50%) for the missed appointment.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
